All products are subject to availability and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color, texture, embroidery, print placement, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, screen resolution, or manufacturing processes.
Please refer to the size chart before placing your order. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Minor variations in stitching, measurements (±1–2 cm), color shades, or fabric finish are considered standard manufacturing variations and do not qualify as product defects.
Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery. Any issue relating to damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn, with original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice for any eligible return or exchange.
Items that have been washed, altered, stained, damaged by the customer, or without original tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Certain products, including innerwear, intimate apparel, customized products, personalized items, gift cards, clearance items, and promotional products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
Refunds, replacements, and exchanges shall be processed only in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on GVKart.shop.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
GVKart.shop shall not be liable for delays caused by logistics partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Ownership of the product transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Additional shipping charges arising from incorrect addresses may be borne by the customer.
Prices displayed on GVKart.shop are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the time of purchase.
Promotional offers, discounts, coupons, referral rewards, and gift vouchers are subject to their respective terms and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
