This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs purchases made through GVKART.SHOP, an online marketplace operated by GV Systems Technologies Private Limited. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all eligible purchases made through GVKART.SHOP, whether fulfilled by GVKART.SHOP or an authorized marketplace seller.

2. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible. GVKART.SHOP may cancel orders due to payment failure, fraud, stock issues, pricing errors or legal requirements. Eligible cancelled orders will be refunded.

3. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within the return period shown on the product page. Returned items must be unused, complete, in original packaging and accompanied by invoices, tags and accessories.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Digital products, software licenses, gift cards, personalized products, hygiene-sensitive goods and products marked non-returnable are generally not eligible unless defective or required by law.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

Customers should report damaged, defective or incorrect products promptly with supporting photographs if requested. Verified claims may result in replacement, repair or refund.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or another approved method. Banks and payment gateways may require 5–10 business days to complete processing.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from seller error, defective products or applicable legal requirements.

8. Exchanges

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability and successful inspection of the returned item.

9. Fraud Prevention

GVKART.SHOP may refuse abusive or fraudulent refund requests and may suspend customer accounts involved in misuse.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian laws.
